Saraburi is a rice-growing province in the Central plains of Thailand. Saraburi has one of the most important temples in Thailand, Wat Phra Phutthabat, and many sites of natural beauty. It lies 108 kilometres north of Bangkok, on the main highway to the Northeast.


How to Get ThereCar - From Bangkok, take Highway 1 (Phahonyothin) to the Bang Pa-in roundabout, and then turn right onto Mittraphap Road.Bus - Bus departs from the Bangkok Bus Terminal (Mochit) on Kamphaeng Phet 2 Road.Train - From Bangkok’s Hua Lamphong Railway Station, there are several trains running daily to Saraburi, some including stops at Kaeng Khoi and Muak Lek.
